Chapter 7 Question

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Ohio

I have a question in regard with a BK 7 with a home. We have filed BK 7 and plan on surrendering our home. Would it be listed on the credit report as foreclosure or listed under the BK 7. Any help would be appreciated on this subject.

If you surrender the home in a bankruptcy it is reported just as 'included in bankruptcy'. It is NOT also listed as a foreclosure. The BK trumps the foreclosure anyway.
