Chapter 7 question

I live in louisiana and am filing chapter 7. In the individual debtor's statement of intention form do i have to include property more than three years in my possession? I mean i stopped making payments three years ago without repossesson.

You must list all assets and all liabilities..no exceptions.

If you still have the property, just check the surrender option.
