opps**************.forgot to include the answer**************.

"You don't have to denote any relationship between original creditors and collections. As for how you list all of them, there are continuation sheets that you can use, just list all of them each in their own box."

schedule f -- chapter 7

if i show no relationship between the original creditor and the collection agency i will be listing the same debt twice effectively doubling the amount of debt from which i am seeking relief...that makes no sense....does it?!

Chaz.. if your original post wasn't answered, it was not necessary to re-post, all you had to do was edit it or bump it up by adding another reply of your own to your original thread. As you can clearly see, this board gets a LOT of traffic and posts scroll off the first page very quickly, so your original post may have been missed. Just bump it.. don't re-post.

I also have a suggestion to make. Go spend $30 on the NOLO press book "How to File Chapter 7 Bankruptcy", it will answer 99% of your questions. You're already freaking out over little things on the forms and that's understandable, but if you're doing this Pro Se, you're going to be totally plowed under with legalities and paperwork once you get your case filed. Even if you're using a lawyer, this book is a good thing to have. It explains just about everything and tells you how to fill out the forms line by line.

I found an answer Chaz.....

by adding the "collection agency for above account/account#" they will be able to tell it is the same debt**************..Just remember that when you add up your debt, to only take the amount from the collection agency since it most often is higher due to penalties and fees

You add it ALL up, not just the collection agencies. I know this will look like you're doubling or tripling your debt, but it doesn't matter, list them all, tally them all.

Glad to hear you got the book, its very good to have.

As for the car loan, it is a SECURED loan, so it goes on another schedule. Don't contact the bank, once you file, the bank will send you the reaffirmation papers.

As long as you're up to date, there's little danger of a repo.
