Chapter 7 School Question

What is the name of your state?Indiana
Hi,
I was "told" that while in the process of filing bankruptcy, school credits become available to the person filing DURING the filing, regardless of whether or not the debt is discharged. I am wondering, one, if this is true, and two, what I need to do in order to have access to my credits and have them send a transcript to another school.
