Chapter 7 and Severance Pay

What is the name of your state? Kentucky

I filed for ch. 7 in November and my debts were discharged 2 weeks ago. Now the company I work for has offered me a severance package of 39 weeks pay because of downsizing. Will I lose it to the trustee if I take it?
