Chapter 7 "to trial"!!!!

What is the name of your state?Ky
Long story, short.....
Filed Chap 7 no asset case, trustee found "unperfected title" to mobile home without my name on it or not recorded in my name at the courthouse. (from 7 years ago-nobody knew) Mobile home and land was bought together. Land is in my name with lien from bank, mh is in sellers name - no liens, not recorded. (my bank has no lien on this mobile home - shoud have).
Judge has summoned us to trial in December over the title. Me and the bank against the Trustee.
I understand that I am allowed to do a deposition to be turned into the judge with our answer to the Trustee's request to "take the home for resale".
Does anyone know about "this deposition" or if this is true or not??
Since this is going to "trial" over the mh, am I allowed to speak in court??
Thanks for all the info, you sure helped over the months. Help me keep my sanity...
