chapter 7 woes

What is the name of your state? IN, I recently attend my 341 meeting Im filing for chapter 7 personal, what I thought would be no problem the trustee declared my case to be an asset case! all of my debt is primarily credit cards a leased car and one secured loan, my question is can I be forced into chapter 13 or can I have my chapter 7 dismissed, after all this I know have a family memeber whos willing to loan me the money to pay off most of my debt,I just wondering if its difficult to get a chapter 7 dismissed...thanks

Why is the Trustee declaring your case an Asset case ?? What is his/her reasoning behind it ?
