| No. Child support obligations are NOT dischargeable, she won't be able to get out of it.
However, what some people try to do is they will not list the debt as being a child support obligation, and in that case the one due those monies has to speak up. You can get a copy of her petition and see how she listed the debt. If its NOT listed as child support, then you need to either go to her 341 meeting and speak up and question her, or contact the Trustee, or both. You have a right to file an objection to the discharge of this debt IF she's trying to pull a fast one.
