Chapter7 Personal Bankruptcy with Business credit card

What is the name of your state?Hawaii
My husband & I are filing Chapter7 Personal bankruptcy. We are self-employed. Is there a certain reason why we have to include a Visa credit card that's under the business name? Our attorney said we have to disclose all credit and assets which include personal and "business".

The reason is, it's required by law. You don't get to pick and choose your creditors. The card may be in the name of the business but odds are, your husband personally guaranteed payment.
