Charge offs- deleted after 7 years?

I have four unpaid charge offs on my credit report. (I won't spin my tale of woe for you as to the circumstances that got me into this mess.) The creditors wrote these as charge offs between 5 and six years ago. I do not have the money to pay back these creditors at this time, as I am a f/t student. After the 7 year mark, can I get these deleted from my file? Even if I don't pay these back?
