Checking Account

What is the name of your state? OH

I filed for BK and is it possible for the trustee to freeze my checking account even if I don't have a loan from my bank? i have joint checking with my wife and my wife is not included in the BK. Thanks!!!

No they don't freeze you bank accounts. They can order you to give them what you have in them on the day you filed. But since yours is a joint account it could be different.
