My formor husband drew welfare in 1991-92 which was unknown to me at the time. I lived only 30 minutes from him and the boys lived with him temporaraly. I saw him and the boys all the time. Our divorce stated no support ordered for me to pay. The county DA is now trying to get me to repay my former husbands welfare. I included it in my bankruptcy in 1996 and the DA never disputed it. They are putting in my credit reports that I have failed to pay child support, which looks terrible on my report. I have cooresponded with them but, they will not fix anything. They have now put in for a suspension of my drivers license. I really need to know what to do. Thanks
