Chpt 13 question? Assets

We had filed Chapter 13 last year and have been doing really good, but now our business has really slowed down and we are falling behind, but we do have alot of work ahead of us so we know we'll be able to catch up. My question is: Can we sell any assets to get us back on the right track. We have listed all of our assets with the trustee but now I'm not sure? Also can we use our money that we have in our savings account, or is that supposed to stay until the chpt 13 is over? I don't know the do's and don't on this bankruptcy.
Were located in MT, our business is equine, and construction.
