Chpt 7 and 1 year later repo/can I still amend

i live in ohio, filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, purchase a car that I couldn't afford a couple of months after being discharged. a year later this car has now been reposed. My question is can I still amend the bankruptcy? does the 2-3 year window apply for me? i need help and i need a car. I was tricked into this deal because I was hounded after I filed bankruptcy. any and all responses are greatly appreciated. thank you.
