What is the name of your state? TN I am about halfway through my chapter 13 plan. I filed on a Citibank MC and over the course of two years prior to my filing, Citibank purchased my Home Depot, Sears, and mortgage. My mortgate payment and arrearages are being paid through the plan. My question is, Do I need to be concerned about Citibank doing anything to my mortgage when the plan is finished since the other accounts were with them too. Thanks

As long as you keep your nose clean with the mortgage, they CAN'T do anything.
