Question

clearing credit report

I declared bankruptcy in 1998, however since then on my credit report the creditors who were listed in discharge remain on the report as not discharged.A mortgage co. told me to clear it up, shouldn't the attorney who handled the bankruptcy do that? She was paid quite well for the services, so I thought it would be done correctly..guess not..thank you.

*** No. That is your task after the legal process (discharge) is completed.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I am doing the same thing only sooner, I have had great success. My advice; order all three credit reports, not 3 in 1. And start disputing. See creditboards.com or other boards who deal with the credit side.

clearing the credit report

Thank you both for the advice, I do appreciate the help. That probably was the worst time in my life, I had been robbed, my checks were forged and I was cleaned out, I had fractured my wrist and was unable to work as I had the rods/pins in my wrist, no cast. Luckily I was able to return to work and get back on my feet, but I had always felt proud of having a good credit record...Anyway, Thanks again.
