Clerk fees...

What is the name of your state? Indiana

My husband has incurred some clerk fees for maintenance of child support. Can I file BK on these???? They said that if not paid by due date it would be turned over to the attorney. What do you all think???

generally, debts related to the collection of cs aren't dischargeable.
