Co-signer on mortgage

What is the name of your state? Ga.

My ex-wife is still on the 1'st mortgage and the home is exempt under Ga home values and I'm keeping the house anyhow through so there isn't any damage to her.

However...this reaffirmation thing really has me confused a bit. Do I reaffirm the loan minus her? Or do I reaffirm the loan with her on it?
