Community Property?

What is the name of your state? Arizona

My wife filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy 1 month b-4 she filed for divorce. She included in the chptr 13 the arrears of the home. Will I be entitled to my half when we go to court?

Your half of what -- the house ? If the house is sold, or ordered to be sold by the family court AND the Trustee allows the house to be sold, then you should get your 1/2. The property settlement is likely to be complicated by the BK and vice-versa.
