Confused

What is the name of your state? OH

Will bankrupsy take care of.. . . . . . .

Old Corporate card debt approx 4000
property taxes back and sold off 5000
car repo 9000
student loan (dont think will apply)

Someone is getting ready to sue me for a injury claim (my daughter was defending herself, broke boys jaw )


I make quite a good income but everyone wants money now.

Your advise is appreciated

Old Corporate card debt approx 4000 - maybe - how old is it and was it in your name or the company's ?

property taxes back and sold off 5000 - depends, how old are they ? These types of taxes aren't always dischargable.

car repo 9000 - absolutely !

student loan (dont think will apply) - No. Student loans are not dischargable.
