ConfusedWhat is the name of your state? IN I am confused. We received a Withdraw of Creditor's Notice of Appearance. Attached with it was an Amended Proof of Claim. The amount on the claim was the same as when we had our meeting 18 months ago. I don't know what this means. Can someone help? |

| Do you have a lawyer ?? Sounds like the creditor may be withdrawing their claim or changing lawyers.

| Does this mean that they can come after me when everything is discharged? |

| If they are withdrawing their claim, then the debt will be discharged and they can't ever bother you about it again.
