Consumer Chap. 7 Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? MAssachusetts

My question is in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case can a Social Security Overpayment be listed as one of the debts to be written off? If not, and the persons income is less than 12.000 annually can Social security do to get the month. This person no longer receives SSDI and has no assets.
