As a consumer, what are my rights if I make
a purshase online and the company files
for chapter 11 two months later and I never
reciev the product?

My response:

If you received a "Notice to Creditors" then you should make your claim with the BK Trustee. The reality? You may only get pennies on the dollar, if anything at all. But, if you don't file it, you won't get anything.
