conversion of chapter

What is the name of your state?Missouri. filed chapter 7. did not qualify for 13 because of excess unsecured debt. one of creditors is trying to force us to convert to 11. am an individual, not a business. can they do that?

chapter conversion

cannot file for 13 if unsecured debt is over $300,000
