Can I be forced to convert to chapter 7 if I am in defalt in payments to my chapter 13 plan? I feel I have been grossly misrepresented by my attorney and would just like to go back to paying my bills as I am in a somewhat better financial state now. I really dont want to cheat any of my creditors out of any money I owe them. I really don't want to lose my house. I live in Louisiana and any help would be greatly appreciated.
