what can be done to a person that owes a credit card debt in new york state who hasnt made a payment in 6yrs come next month has been out of work for 8yrs has ssi and social security disabilitiy as their only income thank you for your help i have no assets and can they freeze my bank account if it is only for deposit for disability and ssi checks to be deposited
