Credit report is a disaster

What is the name of your state? Montana
I am almost 6 months post discharge so I decided to obtain a file of my credit report. While most of the debts were listed as included in bankruptcy there are two that say the debt was included as a ch. 13!! WTH, I filed a ch.7 which is stated right on the credit report. These two accounts however did file claims against me and I turned my tax refund over to the trustee this spring. Would those accounts have received money from that and be listed on my report that way because of it? Also, there is one other account that had been included but is listed as bad debt/collection. I talked to the company and the collection agency and told them my bk info but I guess I will need to call them to straighten it out. I am more concerned why those two others are saying what they are on my report.
