Credit report Question? What is the name of your state? MI Someone told me that if you filed Bankruptcy and it was dismissed, not discharged that you can request that the credit bureaus take this off your report. Is this true? |

| You can dispute it, yes, but the BK as well as the dismissal are a matter of public record and easily verifiable. Even if you get it off with a dispute, its likely to come back.
