Bankruptcy & Credit Report

Ohio-Does anyone know when (year and day)the Bankruptcy law had changed the reporting period for chapter 7 Bankruptcy on a credit report from 7 years to 10 years? I know it used to be 7 years but was changed some time in '91 or'92-I think. Please help with this as soon as possible. A clean credit report depends on it. Thanks in advance!
