Thank you so much for Citadel. Can you help me with Firepay, Instadebit, and a company called Pro Pay?? The Pro Pay company could go by iGM Pay or eChecks. I feel like I have spent hours trying to find these addresses.

Try going to the state website of where they are calling from. (Which you can get by asking them directly or caller ID if you have it.) And, as bigun suggested...google is your friend. They have to have a license to operate. Most state websites will allow you to search the site which will prove helpful. Sometimes the info can also be found on the secretary of states website as well.

They won't give you the info because if they do, you can't put them in the creditor matrix and they can't get the notice. Typical behavior of a shady collections agent.

Good luck.

You can do it yourself. It's not that hard. Just google the companies and go to 'contact info' on their websites. Or else do a yellow pages search.

WOW!!! All of this is greatly appreciated. Are these addresses where a person would send notices of bankruptcy??? Does anyone know about these companies and how they handle people who go bankrupt?? Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
