Pull all 3 of your credit reports, there should be contact info on them. If anything is missing, call the credit bureau and ask THEM to give you the info as they maintain info on the furnishers of information.

As for repaying - a lot depends on how much you owe, to whom, the status of the debts and how old they are.

I allready did, however none of their contact info is there. Also I did email CBs, but they said they cant help me unless I provide them with my SS# and a bunch of other info... Is that wise? and how should I go about doing it? Lastly I found a great website that put me in contact with some of my creditors as they have a listing from CAs addresses.... www.creditboards.com great site!!!

One other thing anyone know what the ramifactions ares for utilzing a states statute of limitation laws? Is it looked down upon and are you able to get credit again from those companies ever again or will they refuse until you pay them back? How do you go about having the itmes removed from CR after the sol?

search the toll free directory or call it to get a creditors phone number, most businesses have toll free numbers.
