What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

I am a creditor with an unsecured claim in a Chapter 7 banckruptcy case. I went to the creditor's meeting after having read the debtor's bankruptcy application. I had proof that he had left out a 1999 4-star horse trailer and a horse that he owns. I spoke to the trustee in his office after the meeting and he told me that it would not change the outcome of his bankruptcy. I thought that any falsification on the form would be considered
(3) knowingly making a false account, oath or claim. What is your view???
