dazed and confused

California. USA

Ok here is a rough outline of my situation I had decent living arrangements, Where it was rent free, just took care of the house. owner of house got put into a old folks home, i got till August to get out cuz house going up for sale.I

earlier this year i got into a car accident insurance lapsed care wasn't payed for. still owed 13k acc was my fault. i was actually getting insurance renewed when accident happen on way to broker.

now whether or not i got into an accident the situation would be similar. It boils down to I make about 24k per year take home. my average pay is 400-450 per/wk. i take 300 out weekly put it into savings comes down to 1200/mo for house maintenance, gas insure, emergency, bills, and house.
i'm also attending a college pt so i can get my degree. now if i budget out what i use 1200/mo for car 250, bills 275, house 525, emergency 150. and my what ever money mainly for food and essentials. the $355 car payment done fir in there, even if i freeload with some one and get my CC bills out of way I'm still in trouble With car that i cant even drive anyways, i drive a truck now.

now the loan holder don't care what they do to me or my situation they juat want there money they careless that I'll be homeless. they will got after my check and put a lean on it and take up to 25%. they don't want car cuz its near totaled, 200-500 from total loss. and i cant afford 25% out of my check that will destroy me financially and i WILL be homeless. what is my best course of action? i am considering bankruptcy... i mean i have no problems paying back the loan holders i screwed up. but what there going to try is gonna put me in trouble of being homeless.

You just have to look at the totality of your circumstancs and see what's best for you. How much cc debt do you have?
You have a bit of a cash stash. Have you tried negoitating a settlement with the lein holder?
