Debts...What is the name of your state? IL I know under the old chapter 7 law, I know you cannot be incurring any new debt until after your discharge, but how about if you have been hospitialzed after your 341 meeting but have not yet recieved your discharge? The person does have health insurance. Is this different? I can't imagine that if a person is sick, they are not allowed to go to the hospital until there discharge... ![]() Last edited by apie1; 11-29-2005 at 04:42 PM. |

| There would be NO reason for someone to delay getting medical help when its needed. That is not frivolous spending, its NECESSARY. Going out and applying for and using a new credit card would be BAD. BIG difference.
