Decrease of income after filing

My wife an I will be filing bankruptcy very soon. My wife currently receives social security for our oldest child (she gets social security because his biological father died many years ago). The social security benefits will end in a little over two years when he graduates from high school. The social security benefits are about $900 per month.

We currently would have to file Chapter 13 because we have too much money left each month after paying expenses to qualify for Chapter 7.

However, when she is no longer receiving the social security benefits our income and expenses would be about even.

What legal options do we have concerning the future loss of the $900 per month and the bankruptcy?
