What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

I have an ongoing dispute with my mortgage company. They claim I am one payment behind. I have never received any late fees or missed payments on my mortgage statement. I have asked my attorney several times for an accounting of payments since I pay with official checks issued by my bank. I was late last month by 10 days, but have made up the payment. My attorney says I owe the balance of $1250.00 by Oct. 5th. I can't come up with the money by that date. I am employed full time and have a monthly retirement pension for my military service. Will I loose my house?

Will you?? No one can answer that.
Could you?? Your late action and disputed 'missed' payment could continue to incur costs, interest and penalties to a point where the lender COULD initial foreclosure proceedings.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
