direct deposit to frozen account

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?NC
I am filing for bankruptcy 10/12. My paycheck is to be direct deposited into my checking account 10/31. My 2nd mortgage is with the bank my checking account is in and I cannot stop the direct deposit until the following pay period.
Now I'm worried. The lawyer says my bank will freeze that account once I file next week, but that we'll be able to get the money from my direct deposit back. Does anyone know how this all plays out? I need the money to pay my mortgage on Nov 1.

Why will the account be frozen? Are you in default with the 2nd?

My lawyer said they will "freeze" the account when I file. I guess I don't know what that means. No, I am not in default and have never been late on the 2nd mortgage.

Freeze the account means deny you access to your funds.
If you're not in default on a loan from that bank, I've no idea why they'd freeze the account. Yes, they'll be notified of the bk but they've no reason to freeze your account.
