Hi,
I filed pro se on 8/3/05 and had my 341 mtg. on 9/9/05. I have been following PACER and it shows discharge date as 11/8/05.
The last posting on the docket shows:
No Asset Report - Trustee has examined the debtor in accordance with Sec 341(d) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Trustee has neither received any property nor paid any money on account of this estate, and after diligent inquiry into the property of the estate, believes that there are no assets to be administered for the benefit of creditors. I was wondering if the discharge will show ON THAT date, or not.
