Discharge. Don't understand it.What is the name of your state? Nebraska We called today to see if our bankruptcy had been discharged. They said no and to give it another 7-14 days. We diled Oct. 2, 2002. Our form says, Deadline to File a Complaint Objecting to Discharge of the Debtor or to Determine Dischargeability of Certain Debts: 01/06/03. So is that everyone elses deadline and then they have to get our forms together after that? I thought we would be discharged today. |

| The 1/6/03 date is the last day that any complaints/objections can be filed against you. If no objections by today, you should get your discharge no later than 30 days AFTER that. The person who told you to wait another 2 weeks is correct.
