discharge, now what

What is the name of your state? az

We received our ch 7 discharge, now what do we do? We had filed on our own, and listed our car which had a lein on it as exempt, and we turned in our truck which also had a lein. The creditor for the car has not contacted us, has the car been discharge? if so how do we get the title in our name without a leinholder on it. any ideas...

if i understand your question correctly... you should have kept making payments on the car that was exempt. just because you claim exempt on a vehicle doesnt mean you stop paying on it. you will not get the title on the car until you pay it off. if you are behind they can repo the car so you might want to catch up quickly.
