Hi my husband and I just finished our creditors meeting back in October, We are scheduled for discharge the 12th of this month. I had to quit my job to stay at home with our new baby and had a persi retirement account. It only contained $700.00 but I had to withdraw it or loose it within one year so I choose to withdrawl. Will this affect my discharge coming into this money or is it protected because it was my retirement. My lawyer said it would be fine.
