Question

dismissal of plan

What is the name of your state?n.c. i recently filed chapter 13, paid the lawyer half of his fee. the check did not clear the bank. can my plan be dismissed or can he be paid the entire amount thru the bankruptcy plan

This is something you better ask your lawyer.
