Question

Dismissed Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? NV

Can someone please tell me how long a 'DISMISSED' bk will stay on our credit reports in the state of Nevada?

The FCRA is FEDERAL law, doesn't matter what state your in. A DISMISSED Ch 7 or 13 stays on for the whole 10 years, just the fact that you filed at all is the penalty.
