Dismissed chapter 13

State of Washington.
Husband and I originally filed a chapter 13 in 1/2004 n the state of MN. We had a terrible attorney who gave us poor advice, his paralegal messed up when filling out our filing papers correctly causing us to have to pay for modifications to be made. Got into a issue with the trustee and got more advice from our attorney that wasn't good advice again. Now after 9 months the trustee has dismissed it.

We had included our financed vehicle in the BK and being that is our only vehicle and we live 72 miles from husbands work we are going to file another BK13. We wont be able to do it for about 2 weeks because of finances. Worried about how long we may have before the finance company comes looking for us and repos the van.

Also how do we go about finding a good attorney? I have contacted several and in MN they all put the attorney fees into your plan, doesnt seem like anyone out here in WA does that.
I have talked to one that seems to be okay and only wants $800 +filing fee which is about $400 less than everyone else.

He also told us that he could get our plan payment around $3-400 a month we were making $500 before barely managing that. But that seems to good to be true. I just dont want to get screwed by another BK attorney.
