dismissed with predjudice

what does chapter7 dismissed with predjudice mean? What are some reasons for this to happen?
Where can I find information on the meaning of terms related to bankruptcy?

chp 7's are routinely dismissed with prejudice becasue the debtor failed to follow a crt order or didn't appear. with prejudice means the debtor has to wait 180 days before refiling their chp 7.
