do i have to turn over my federal tax return

What is the name of your state? indiana what will happen if i dont turn over my federal tax return to my attorney?

1. nothing.
2. attorney will refuse to represent you.
3. attorney will not be able to complete the petition schedule.

What reasons do you have for not wanting to provide this document? The BK Trustee can demand that you provide this document and has the right to dismiss the case if you do not comply.
