Docs for Different Case against my BK

What is the name of your state? NV

Almost a year after my Ch7 was discharged, an attorney for Wells Fargo filed for relief from an automatic stay for a different case, and filed it against me and my case. This included a Motion for Relief from Stay, Notice of Hearing, Certificate of Service, Order on Motion for Relief From Stay, Notice of Entry of Order and Certificate of Service. It seems that a person with the same name was in BK and in default on his mortgage in a town hundreds of miles away, and the Wells Fargo attorney screwed up. At the time I called the attorney's office and was told I should go to court if I wanted to challenge them. I have written demand letters to the attorney to correct the files, with no response. What can I do to get this straightend out?
