I have ignored payment requests for 5-7 years and am starting to rebuild credit now. I am receiving a flood of new collection notices prior to new bankruptcy law taking effect.
Am I exposed?
| If the SOL has expired on the debt, you can simply ignore them or you can send them a 'cease and desist' letter. For a sample of this letter, go to: www.creditinfocenter.com/forms/

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
