does filing stop creditors from calling?

What is the name of your state? Indiana

after filing Chapter 7, should I tell my creditors that I filed bankruptcy? are they allowed to still call me after I do tell them. And if I tell them, what do I say? Case number?

Your trustee will break the news to them. If any call prior to being notified, just give them the filing number.

*** Yes.

*** On their first contact with you, give them your attorneys name and contact information. If you are pro per, you can give them the court and the case number. If they continue to contact you, then they are in violation of the 'automatic stay' from the filing.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
