Electric bill submitted to bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Florida

My questions is: Can we submit our electric bills when we file for bankruptcy?

If you are behind on the bills - yes.

Just be aware that the utility will probably close your current account, open a new one for you and demand a deposit from you.
